Who these terms are with

This website and the workshop are operated by Nuwizo Digital Solutions Private Limited, GSTIN 29AAJCN4195K1ZR, CIN U62013KA2024PTC184758. By booking a seat you accept these terms.

What is being sold

You are buying one seat at Run Without You, a two day in person business workshop held on 9 and 10 October 2026 at The Residency Towers, Coimbatore, India.

The price of a seat is ₹19,999, inclusive of 18% GST. This is the total amount payable and there are no additional charges.

The seat includes attendance for both days, the workshop sessions and frameworks delivered in the room, workshop materials, and lunch and refreshments on both days. Travel and accommodation are not included.

Seat allocation

The workshop is limited to 40 seats. Seats are allocated strictly on receipt of full payment, in the order payments are confirmed. A booking is confirmed only when payment is successfully captured by our payment gateway and we send you a written confirmation.

If a payment fails or is not captured, no seat is held for you.

Your seat is not transferable

A seat is issued to one named individual. It cannot be transferred to another person, resold, or moved to another edition of the workshop. Entry is subject to the name on the booking matching the person attending.

Your obligations as a buyer

You agree to provide accurate details at booking, including your full name, company name, designation, email address and contact number, and to keep us informed if they change.

You agree to arrive on time on both days, to conduct yourself professionally in the room and at the venue, and to follow the venue's rules. We may refuse or withdraw entry, without refund, in the case of disruptive, unlawful or unsafe conduct.

Workshop material shared with you is for your own business use. You may not record, reproduce, resell or publicly redistribute the sessions or materials.

Changes and cancellation by us

We may make reasonable changes to the agenda, speakers or session order. If we cancel or reschedule the workshop, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid or the option to move to the rescheduled date, whichever you choose.

Delivery of the service

This is a service, not a physical product. Nothing is shipped. The workshop is delivered in person on 9 and 10 October 2026 at The Residency Towers, Coimbatore. Confirmation and joining details are emailed to the address given at booking within 24 hours of successful payment.

Limitation of liability

The workshop is educational. It provides frameworks, systems and guidance, and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice. We make no guarantee of any specific business result, revenue increase or outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your booking is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or travel and accommodation costs.

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including venue closure, natural events, strikes, government restrictions or public health orders.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your booking.
